We are looking for a passionate and ambitious colleague who will develop and improve Lendo with us. As Product Manager, you will be responsible for continuously testing, optimizing, and developing our product - with an eye to conversion rate and the overall customer experience. The role reports to the Country Manager in Lendo, Finland, and will also be a global product team and local management team.

Key Responsibilities

• To ensure the best possible customer experience on our website.
• Ensure that all parts of our platform work and convert as desired.
• To ensure that we as a team and business constantly translate the insights you and your tests create into results.
• Based on data and customer insights, you are also expected to contribute hypotheses and ideas for new features on the website.

Required Qualifications

• You have a strong analytical mindset and can even distinguish between when something needs to be tested and when something needs to be fixed.
• You have a minimum of 2 years of experience optimizing and developing digital customer journeys - from concept to release.
• You are an unpretentious team player who thrives on working independently and taking responsibility.
• You are committed, focused, and get things done.
• You are detail-oriented and used to working at a high pace without compromising quality.
• You are self-driving and can prioritize your work and motivate yourself for development.
• Professional level Finnish and English proficiency
