Product Manager, Traded goods
We are now looking for a proactive and cooperative
PRODUCT MANAGER, Traded Goods
to strengthen our Offering Team at Metsä Tissue in Espoo.
What do you get to do?
As a Product Manager you are responsible for managing Traded Goods product portfolio in our Professional sales area, by securing market fit of our product portfolio, including regulations and certificates required for the products. You will manage material master data in SAP and in other data systems, like in katrin.com. Also defining product specifications towards suppliers and coordinating product packaging are part of your daily work.
You will cooperate closely with Sales and Marketing in improving our products and communicating with suppliers for creating more efficient and competitive product portfolio. As product owner you will support product care process and take corrective actions based on claims related to product qualities.
This is a great opportunity for a product management expert who is eager to develop him/herself in an international environment.
What do we expect from you?
We are looking for an analytical and self-driven team player with strong cooperation and decision making skills. You enjoy working with technical details with continuous improvement close to your heart. You have a proven track record of managing product portfolio and executing product implementations successfully.
We expect you to have Master or Bachelor degree in Engineering or equivalent – paper, chemistry or mechanical field – and at least five years of relevant work experience. You are fluent in English, and in local language – spoken and written. This role requires willingness to travel.
