The job is based in Jokipii, Jalasjärvi, Finland.
To succeed in the role appropriate higher education (i.e. in Business) is needed. Previous experience in similar position, knowledge of product management and product development processes as well as financial understanding and business acumen are essential. In addition, you have the aptitude for driving change and development of processes, structures and way of workings.
Understanding Voice of Customer and Voice of Market is important part of this role. In order to achieve this, the role requires frequent travelling and meeting with customers in selected markets. Special market focus in this position is Nordic countries.
PERSONALITY AND ABILITIES
You are a positive, energetic and inspiring team member partaking in supporting development as well as acting in a competence and knowledge sharing culture. Also, you are analytical combined with ability to present your analysis in an understandable and constructive way. Ability to multi-task and manage various project elements simultaneously is needed. In addition, you have fluent communication and presentations skills in Finnish and in English.
