Product Engineer

Do you want to rewrite your future by joining Vyaire Medical? We are looking for a documentation and testing focusing Product Engineer to join Vyaire’s R&D team at their Helsinki office! The position is full-time fixed-term until the end of September 2023, with a possibility for extension.

As a Product Engineer, you will be responsible for performing sustaining engineering activities for the enFlow warming system parts. Your main responsibility will be to update the device's Design History File (DHF) documents including defining and linking user requirements to product specs and finally to verification evidence. Another important part of your work is to contribute verification protocols and the related statistical analysis of sample calculation, such as determining a suitable confidence level. You are going to participate in verification testing in a laboratory environment and analyze that test results are statistically solid. By documentation, you will ensure product compliance with DHF and other QMS requirements. Because the project is new there is a good possibility to develop work and working methods.

As a Product Engineer, we require you to have excellent documentation skills in English, as one of your main tasks will be producing flawless documentation and reports. In order to succeed you should be a detail-oriented problem solver by heart and a team player by spirit. You have an independent and persistent working style and the enthusiasm to take on new challenges and develop your skills as a professional in your field of expertise. As a Product Engineer at Vyaire, you will get a sneak peek at the whole life cycle of a medical product development process and gain valuable work experience in the Medtech industry.

We require you to have:

• A suitable technical background (B.Sc. or M.Sc.) for example in health tech, biomedicine, electronics, mechanical, electrical, etc

• Experience in writing technical documentation

• Understanding of statistical analysis

• Detail-oriented working style

• A genuine interest to work in a highly regulated and detail-oriented Medtech sector

• Be fully proficient in English
