As a Procurement Project Manager, you will be responsible for implementing a new purchase policy and purchasing process in Finland and the Baltics. Therefore expertise and prior experience of working with purchasing processes and purchasing in general is mandatory.
You will work closely with the Units to identify and drive process harmonization and improvement opportunities and have an important role in training the staff while ensuring compliance. You will also be responsible for documentation and communication of valid processes, rules and guidelines. You will facilitate and support requirements gathering, business case creation contribution and roll out of related functionalities in SAP/IT.
You will work with diverse stakeholders, e.g. with local and global teams and will take care of approvals and presentations with and to the executive team.
The ideal candidate
- has strong project management skills as well as good communication and presentation skills and cross-functional working experience.
- Desire and ability for change management is required.
- Fluent Finnish and business level English language skills are also necessary.
- Expertise and prior experience of working with purchasing processes and purchasing in general is mandatory.
- Experience in working on Procurement systems and interfaces to other platforms related to Procurement is seen as an advantage.
The assignment is approximately a 6 month project starting as soon as a suitable candidate is found. The position is based in Helsinki with the opportunity to work remotely. Adecco is carrying out the recruitment process and you will be employed by Adecco Finland.
