Finnair Operations division's task is to execute Finnair's flight operations safely, economically and in a reliable manner. Finnair Technical Operations is responsible for the airworthiness of Finnair fleet. The key objectives of Technical Operations are safety, reliable flight operations and cost-efficient maintenance processes. Finnair Technical Operations consists of Finnair Technical Services and Operational Maintenance.
We are now looking for two talented and internationally oriented
to work with either Aircraft Cabin Products and Solutions, and Aircraft Maintenance Materials or Aircraft Engine Overhaul and Maintenance Services.
As a Procurement Manager you would manage aircraft maintenance, materials and services solutions agreement preparations, sourcing processes and agreement negotiations in Finnair Technical Operations. In this role you will manage, and in many cases, lead the sourcing projects in your area of responsibility together with relevant business owners and stakeholders in highly international context. Your key responsibilities include organising the request for quotations, contract drafting and negotiations, and supplier relationship management of selected suppliers and partners. You will additionally participate in various business development projects and formulation of related product and service specifications and project activities.
To succeed as our Procurement Manager, we would like you to have strong experience in executing sourcing projects, compiling and negotiating contracts, preferably in the area of international industrial services, products and solutions. Understanding of contract law and aviation industry is an advantage. Five years of experience in global procurement should have accumulated the amount of knowledge and track record we hope from you.
