Are you a passionate procurement professional willing to create best in class procurement function supporting our vision of transforming supply chain into true competitive advantage of the company? We are now looking for a Procurement Director to accept the challenge and join us on this exciting journey. This is a new position in our company and located in Espoo, Finland.

The Procurement Director is responsible for developing and leading a strategic approach to company's procurement and material management process for the purchase of direct and indirect goods, materials and services. You will lead a team of 8 procurement professionals responsible for direct purchases for whole group's brand setup (Lumene, Cutrin, Ida Warg Beauty, Promise) and you will also lead the project of centralizing all indirect procurement under same umbrella.

Key responsibilities are:

• To establish and deploy procurement strategy supporting company's strategic focus areas.
• To lead and coach procurement organization.
• To develop material category management to optimize the area and find synergies within our purchasing portfolio.
• To establish and implement long-term goals for the function in order to promote effectiveness and cost-efficiency.
• To develop supplier management processes.
• Oversee supplier contract development and price management.
• To manage and further develop current procurement processes and policies with a focus on their ability to enhance organizational value and efficiency.
• To develop and enhance our sustainable sourcing program.
• Strong integration and input to company's NPD process.
• Risk management.
• To drive digitalization aspect of the area.

To be successful in this position you will need the following:

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Economics or related fields.
• Several years of related experience, with at least some years of supervisory experience,
• Expertise in direct & indirect purchasing, supplier collaboration and development,
• Strategic, results-oriented and metrics driven mindset,
• Outstanding team building and leadership skills,
• Strong communication skills.
• Dynamic, proactive, driven approach.
• Fluent English, Finnish language skills are an advantage.
