Are you the person we are looking for to strengthen our Process team?

As a process specialist you are responsible of Immunoassay manufacturing process. You will be participating in production support, problem-solving, corrective and preventive actions and process improvement implementations. You effectively and logically document your work both in Finnish and in English according to our QMS.

We are offering an exciting working environment in a fast growing company. In this role you have an opportunity to work interfacing with Production, Quality, Process Development, NPI and Technical Services in relation to production processes of AQT90 Flex test kits.

The job

Your responsibilities and tasks will include:

  •  To ensure quality and productivity of processes assigned
  •  To ensure the compliance of the own responsibility areas (WIs, standards, EHS, etc.)
  •  Risk assessment of the own responsibility areas (OOS, NC, validations, etc.)
  •  Change management of own responsibility areas
  •  To ensure that we have the production capacity needed

The right candidate is self-motivated and -directed and has a systematic approach. To succeed in this position, we expect you to have:

  •  M. Sc. or equal in biochemistry or organic chemistry
  •  Experience of immunoassays
  •  Effective problem solving skills

We appreciate knowledge of process technology and production processes and knowledge of QC instruments and QC test methods. We also value  experience in leading projects and working in regulated environment.

Our production is running seven (7) days a week. To ensure the flexible production support we expect you to have an ability to work during evening or weekend on duty if needed.
