We are looking for a Process Safety Manager to join our HSSEQ team in Porvoo, Finland.
Our HSSEQ team in Porvoo is responsible for the oversight and development of site safety management activities in Neste’s Oil Products operations to support our ambition of being the most sustainable refinery in Europe by 2030.
Your part in Neste journey
In this role, you will report to the Head of HSSEQ, Oil Products. Your main responsibilities include
You will work closely with Neste Oil Products operations and HSSEQ teams as well as the Neste Corporate HSSEQ team..
Keys to success in this role
3+ years of proven experience in HSSEQ and working within Process Safety critical / high hazard facilities
Highly motivated and self managing with strong leadership style embodying operational excellence
Ability to build relationships and grow capabilities with internal and external stakeholders
