Become a Process Mining Lead in Wärtsilä Marine!
Wärtsilä has a strong focus on continuous improvement and one part of that is visualising business process flows. Process mining is a powerful tool to visualise the actual flow of how we work. In the marine business of Wärtsilä we are now looking for a person to drive and scale the usage of process mining enabling our organisations to analyse and optimize our processes in a data-driven way. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead role for Process Mining by supporting process mining initiatives in Marine
Support process owners with continuous improvement initiatives with process mining activities
Be the point of contact for process mining, thought expert in marine, and stay up to date with process mining techniques and industry trends
Secure and develop process mining's way of working
Train process mining developers and citizen developers
Train process experts how to use the results from the process mining
Be an expert in data wrangling and fetching related to process mining
THIS IS WHAT WE WOULD EXPECT FROM YOU
Proactive personality with an entrepreneurial drive and a can-do attitude
B.Sc. or M.Sc. studies in data science, computer science, or equivalent work experience
Desire to get involved with the latest technologies and to become an expert in Process Mining
Experience in data analysis, data modelling, data bases, data fetching and SQL
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good communication and visualisation skills, ability to drive workshops
Fluent written and spoken English
At least 3 years of relevant working experience
THESE SKILLS WOULD BE SEEN AS AN ADVANTAGE
Experience in any process mining application, preferably UiPath
Experience in business process modelling with preferably with BPMN 2.0 standards
Experience with platforms like SAP and Salesforce and their data tables
Experience in agile project management
