We are looking for an experienced Process Information Technology (IT) Manager on Sales & Marketing to join our Business IT Relations Management (BRM) team at Caverion Group IT.

You may be located in one the following locations – Vantaa, Finland; Munich or Leverkusen area Germany; Oslo area, Norway or in Stockholm area, Sweden. You will be joining our multi-national team having colleges in Finland, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Austria and Germany. 

Role Description

You will be responsible of IT interface on our Sales & Marketing process. That means that you are expected to guide Caverion businesspeople in utilizing Sales & Marketing systems in the best possible way in order to boost Caverion business. In today’s world, IT tools have great opportunities to generate new sales, enable digital marketing, manage pricing, manage customer experience & relations and secure integrations between sales and tendering tools.

You will secure stability, quality and cost-efficiency on current IT tools supporting Sales & Marketing, but also look strongly into the future. Furthermore, planning and managing transformation from current state to new wished state is under your responsibility. Therefore, technical competence on SAP and a few CRM systems is well appreciated.

You will be supported by strong team in Business IT Relations Management unit, where we have Divisional IT managers from each Caverion country, and also Process IT managers from Business Unit Service, Business Unit Projects and other process areas such as Finance, Human Resources, Procurement etc. 

Key accountabilities: 

  • Accountability to guide business how to use CRM systems in best possible way to support Sales & Marketing
  • Enable the execution of the Caverion business strategy by providing selection of aligned IT tools on Sales & Marketing area
  • Gather demand on projects (year plan) and smaller development needs from business 
  • Manage project portfolio on IT projects on Sales & Marketing area
  • Act as single-point of contact in IT all topics 
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction and run effective communication to your stakeholders
  • Manage development (CAPEX) and run costs (OPEX) of your process
  • Design & Estimate of new solutions, secure technical documentation is available 
  • Communicate, lead and engage with the key user communities 

Preferred background and qualifications: 

  • Competence on how CRM systems can in best possible way support Sales & Marketing area
  • Work experience for supporting the global sales & marketing organisation and processes
  • Strong view on future CRM/Sales & Marketing solutions upcoming in the next 3-5 years
  • Experience of one or more CRM system and its capabilities 
  • Competence to evaluate future options of CRM systems and lead transformation from current state to this new state. 
  • Doer with drive and ready to ‘roll your sleeves’ to make things happening
  • Communication excellence & proficient level in local language and English
  • Competence of transforming business requirements into technical specifications
  • Knowledge on SAP SD module and SuperOffice is seen as advantage
  • Flexibility, diplomacy and negotiation skills and experience to work with senior executives
