PROCESS EXPERT – PLANT MAINTENANCE AND INCOMING MATERIALS, BUSINESS AREA ERP SOLUTION
to join us in ERP+ program, involve and execute Plant Maintenance and Incoming Material process implementation through global ERP template design and implementation project in Metsä Board.
Your role in the future Metsä
As a Process Expert – Plant Maintenance & Incoming Materials, you will act as a process expert in the template testing and deployment phase in the ERP+ project. From the very start you will be in the heart of action. You will get to be part of implementing Metsä Board’s new ERP+ solution, SAP S4/HANA and Fiori apps.
The selected person will work in close co-operation with the ERP+ project Production sub-stream and Metsä Board maintenance and production professionals. As a team you will be ensuring successful implementation of the state of the art, standard based ERP solution in Metsä Board.
After successful implementation your main responsibilities will cover supporting, business area widely, Metsä Board mills on the area of plant maintenance, inventory management and incoming materials processes. Together with the team, you will not only maintain but develop the implemented processes by searching new opportunities on improving the process performance continuously.
In this role you will report to Metsä Board Maintenance Director, and the primary office location is at one of Metsä Board mills, or in Espoo Head Office.
What do you get to do?
Your key responsibilities are:
Act as a change agent on the journey to a harmonized system solution
Ensure harmonized processes implementation
Ensure information flow between business processes and within Metsä Board
Strengthen the knowledge transfer between ERP+ program and business
Collect requirement and prepare general business rules alongside the solution processes
Prepare training material for production and maintenance personnel in co-operation with the project
Act as key user in key user network for implementation
Verify and confirm go-live readiness
After ERP+ implementation, you will be responsible for the continuous solution and process development in Plant Maintenance area.
What do we expect from you?
We expect that you have solid SAP solution experience and strong skills in change management and end user training. You have solution expert level knowledge for SAP Plant Maintenance and Inventory Management. We trust that you have a holistic understanding of business processes across various process areas and a can-do attitude. The maintenance processes are familiar to you and you have desire to develop functions based on standards and knowledge. Experience in forest and paper industry is considered as an asset.
To succeed in this role you need to have good communication skills and be fluent in English and Finnish. Travelling is required in this position.
