We are looking for a

PROCESS ENGINEER TRAINEE

to join our clinker production team at Parainen cement plant

Responsibilities:

  • Take part in the CRH group’s International Technical Cement Development Program.
  • Monitor and optimize plant production processes.
  • Systematically solve problems in the production processes.
  • Implement new process equipment and train operating personnel.
  • Develop working methods.

Requirements:

  • Master of Science in Engineering, preferably major in process engineering or chemical engineering.
  • Interest in developing work and work procedures.
  • Good people skills.
  • Systematic and target-oriented way of working.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Efficient, flexible and precise.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Mobile domestically and internationally.

The CRH Group's International Technical Cement Program is a 2-2.5 year development program for technical University graduates beginning work at the group's cement plants. The program includes the company's internal introduction and projects as well as group-level training sessions on cement basics and management basics.
