We are looking for a skilled
PROCESS DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST.
This is a key position in Strategic Projects team in Radiometer Turku Oy for establishing new integrated automated manufacturing solutions in our production site in Turku.
The top challenges in the position is to identify critical to quality process steps and to plan test setups to prove feasibility of the process changes. You will ensure that manufacturing process improvements secure high quality of products and lean way of working. You will participate as process SME in automation system projects ensuring correct process criteria by translating the process specifications and end user needs to solid user requirement specifications. You will be involved in the design phase, procurement and machine commissioning and validation. You ensure that QMS regulations are fulfilled in your own area.
You will lead sub projects as part of the bigger program and be part of Strategic Projects’ core team in Radiometer Turku. In this role, you collaborate closely with Turku Operations, Design transfer, R&D and RA&QA, and also with Global Strategic Projects team.
Your responsibilities and tasks will include: • Planning and reporting feasibility studies • Leading and coordinating execution of feasibility studies • Identify critical to quality process steps • Act as Process SME in equipment /automation projects • Lead and participate in problem solving
- Bachelor or Masters’ Degree in Biochemistry/Biotechnology or other relevant area - At least 3 years experience in similar position - Solid experience of immunoassays - Experience in planning test setups, supervising execution - Experience in validation - Good data handling skills (MS Excel) - Understanding of statistical analysis basics - Ability to prioritize and make decisions - Good collaboration and communication capabilities - Fluent written and spoken English and Finnish
