For our location in Bruchsal, we are looking for a Process Development Engineer (m/f/d).

What you’ll do

• Analysis of processes and production results to detect waste

• Creation of effective key figure systems for a transparent representation of the current situation

• Statistical evaluation of production and product processes

• Evaluation of the process capability in case of changes or new start-ups

• Implementation of suitable management tools for continuous improvement of processes and production results

• Organization and management of project groups to effectively solve and identify causes of errors and waste

• Advising and training managers and employees on the methods used, and conducting regular audits in the departments

• Up to date on the current status of new management methods

Who you are

• Master's degree (plastics technology, mechanical engineering, quality assurance)

• Practical experience in the application of Lean Management and Six Sigma methods

• Project management

• Experience in profile extrusion desirable

• Knowledge of digitization and sensor technology would be an advantage

• German and English, spoken and written
