We are now looking for a professional with a data driven mindset to work in a challenging global role based in a growing Data Science & Analytics (DS&A) team in Finland in Espoo or UK as



• Drive cross-functional, international teams in the development of study-specific electronic Case Report Forms
• Plan CRF development timelines, identify potential issues in timing and quality ongoing as well as provide solutions
• Perform protocol analysis and derive requirements for the eCRF
• Apply standards to the development of study-specific eCRFs
• Perform hands-on eCRF development (screens, edits, dynamics), coordinate review and testing, provide documentation as well as maintenance after study start
• Implement data collection standards and ensure proper implementation in studies
• Coordinate external support for study building
• Provide solutions for new or complex challenges
• Provide coaching and training


• University degree (Bachelor or Master) in natural sciences, statistics, computer science or a related field
• Hands-on experience in the development of electronic Case Report Forms across different therapeutic areas and phases of drug development
• Deep knowledge of the clinical trial data management and/or data analysis process
• Understanding the usage of medical data standards (e.g. CDISC)
• Experience in driving global cross-functional teams with effective project management and moderation
• Experience in coaching and mentoring
• Customer- and results-oriented team player
• High ability and willingness to solve problems and to structure and simplify complex tasks
• Willingness to broaden skills and knowledge in order to apply it to future data collection methods.
• Fluent English skills, both spoken and written
