Would you be our new Power BI Expert?

We are seeking for a Power BI Expert to join Metso Outotec´s Global Spare Parts Organisation in Services Business Line. As a Power BI Expert you will be responsible for developing Power BI reporting for sales and services organizations in the Business Area Metals. In your daily work you will be processing and analyzing data and creating reports in order to improve business reporting and its user experience. You will be working with our internal stakeholders globally. Our office is based in Espoo, but you have the opportunity for remote work too. Due to practical logistical reasons, we are only able to consider candidates already located within Finland.

What are we looking for?

You are enthusiastic about numbers and data and enjoy working in an innovative multicultural context. You have a suitable educational background for this role (Information management, Industrial engineering, Information technology, Data processing or Economics) and already a couple of years of experience working with data, reporting or programming in the industrial sector or in academia. We expect you to have a good understanding in Excel and Power BI reporting and previous knowledge in SAP and MS Dynamics. If you have previous experience with SQL, this will be an advantage. But we will provide you with a thorough introduction to your role. Working in an international environment, you will need fluent spoken and written English language skills.

You have motivated business mindset and you are full of creative ideas. You are patient, accurate and an analytical problem solver. Learning new things motivates you and you want to develop your expertise in the field of data analytics, especially as a Power BI Expert. You have good interpersonal skills and a flexible professional mindset.
