As Product Manager for PSP you will have a great opportunity to contribute to the realisation of our ambitious targets to make an easier tomorrow for our merchants. You will work closely with the Nets Compliance Department in evaluating impacts of all monthly newsletters received from Card schemes. Another close relationship will be with the Pan Nordic, national card schemes and all supported Acquirers on our Payment Applications. You will support Nets Sales, Partners and IT on Compliance related issues including the process related to relevant certification requirements for all Acquirers, Pan Nordic, BankAxept and Dankort certification processes.

Your key responsibilities in this role will be:

  • Evaluate POS relevance from all Compliance related initiatives, for Nets products.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of our Product Portfolio within POS and PSP services, both related to HW and Software functionality
  • Secure a Compliant Estate, including identify and drive the internal processes needed to migrate HW related to PCI regulations
  • Secure a compliant Estate, which includes identify and drive SW improvement processes because of new Compliance requirements
  • Assist Product managers for our Payment Applications to secure a Roadmap aligned with compliancy requirements
  • Assist and drive upgrades of SW and services in the terminal estate when they relate to Compliance
  • Handle any Fraud situations, including the assistance of Risk Management and all supported Acquirers related to possible Fraud cases

Your professional qualifications include:

  • At least 5 years experience in product management or IT, with good track record
  • Technical understanding of the IT dimension of product development
  • Capable of putting up roadmaps and defend them with the stakeholders
  • Experienced with Agile product development methods
  • Familiar with reporting and analytics tools -> capable of designing and building meaningful KPI reports and product usage data reports Good retail ecosystem experience
  • Strong business and product development background
  • Strong experience in IT interaction on planning and delivering
  • Fluent in English and one of the Nordic Languages, with good understanding of the Scandinavian languages
