In our Electric Vehicle Systems we develop and manufacture battery systems from 48V up to High Voltage for automotive and industrial applications. Valmet Automotive covers the full range from contract manufacturing to a TIER1 system supplier.

Here's where you'll make an impact

In the position of Plant Development Engineer you will work directly for our Plant Managing Director. In this role you will coordinate several plant level development activities within various areas and facilitate working sessions with cross-functional teams. You will be also responsible for operational systems and lean production development. You need to critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources and distinguish the underlying business facts. Tasks also include compiling and developing status reports, coordinating schedules and managing meetings and agendas. Overall you will be working alongside with the business line management team and support them in business line level development tasks being implemented in the production facility.

• Understanding of Production Systems
• Additionally to English, Finnish and German language skill is an asset
