Description of the position
We are looking for a highly motivated and passionate individual to join our teams of In vitro Toxicology and ADME (absorption, distribution, metabolism and excretion) in Espoo. You will culture primary cells and analyze the impact of chemicals on cell health parameters and evaluate the metabolism and excretion of the chemicals. Your work will be method development as well as routine analyses. This is an excellent opportunity to apply your technical and analytical skills in an industry setting. The work is scheduled to start in May-June and lasts three months.
Description of the unit
In vitro Toxicology and ADME teams belong to DMPK and Safety Sciences in R&D organization. The teams are responsible for in vitro toxicological and ADME assessment of Orion's investigational drugs and keeping the methodologies up to date.
