Description of the position
In this position you will plan, define and document solution modernization for Orion’s R&D research data.
You will work with team consisting people from different organizations and positions.
This job requires you to use your data engineering skills and fit the proposed solution to Orion overall IT architecture.
Description of the unit
Orion Information Management (IM) employs 80 people, of which approximately two thirds are located in Espoo. Other locations are Turku, Kuopio, Hanko, Mumbai and Nottingham. We work in close cross-organizational collaboration to support Orion’s business in achieving its strategic targets not only by ensuring the availability of IT services but also by constantly looking for new innovations to match the current and future business needs.
You will work in IM Development Services. We are professionals in exploiting digital technologies and information, and in exploring innovative business solutions. We deliver and develop solutions, concepts and projects that meet the needs of business stakeholders and end users. The key is to find the best solutions and implement them, together with the business.
