Description of the position
We are looking for a highly motivated and passionate individual with a strong background in mammalian cell culture techniques to join our team in Turku. Phase1 trainee program is an excellent opportunity to put your technical & analytical skills to work in an industry setting. The work is scheduled to start in May-June and lasts 3-4 months.

New Targets & Therapeutics team belongs to the Discovery Sciences Department in the R&D organization. New Targets & Therapeutics team focuses on identifying novel therapeutic targets and treatments for patients with neurological diseases and exploring new treatment modalities for oncology and CNS (Central Nervous System) indications.

You will learn about modern drug discovery from experienced scientists and create a strong network across different disciplines at Orion Research and Development. We will provide you with opportunities to learn and challenge yourself with interesting tasks. Phase 1 trainees will get a comprehensive picture of all of Orion's activities during common events dedicated to all Phase 1 trainees and during the mentoring program.
