Description of the position
We are looking for a research-driven student or recently graduated that is eager to apply pharmaceutical science for the advancement of drug development projects. Your main responsibility is to study a foam granulation process. This work will start with a literature review. After which you will plan and run laboratory studies, review results, summarize and make conclusions of the studies and report the work. The work involves collaboration with stakeholders working closely together in multi-disciplinary teams. The work will be executed in Espoo.
Description of the unit
This position is situated in Clinical Product Development unit, which belongs to Pharmaceutical Sciences department within Orion Pharma Research and Development. Your colleagues are scientists working with formulation development, and chemical and physical analytics. We operate in project teams to develop new drug products for humans and animals in the exploratory phase of drug development process.
In our team, you'll get a broad insight into pharmaceutical product development. You'll also get responsibility during the summer as we offer you the opportunity to challenge yourself with interesting and varied tasks. During the summer you will also get a comprehensive overview of Orion's processes, activities and learn about different positions within the corporation.
