Description of the position

The Commercial Engagement Unit, Branded Products, is looking for a flexible, driven and dynamic individual to support our key digital marketing tasks. This will be someone who can demonstrate a keen understanding of marketing activities, digital asset management, such as archiving, online congress activity preparation and website user testing. 

You will report to the Director, Commercial Engagement in a cross-functional, hands-on role. This role is based in Espoo at Orion Headquarters, with some scope for working remotely. The job is planned to start during May 2023 and is for 3 or 4 months.

Essential tasks:

• Supporting all members of the Commercial Engagement Team in terms of marketing activities across all media and channels
• Digital asset management archiving and general tasks associated with this
• Digital congress activities and user testing of sites and events for activity preparation.
• Social Media monitoring and campaign reporting
• Website inbox management

Requirements for role:    

We hope you have:

• Completed your university course(s) in the field of digital marketing or equivalent
• Fluency in oral and written English
• Preferred knowledge of working within O365 applications
• SEO and SEM knowledge 
• Proficient in virtual engagements across various platforms
• Whether in the office or remote environment you will be curious and motivated to add value, with a growth mindset and forward-thinking approach to the work assigned.
• Analytical abilities which will demonstrate your ability to understand and interpret data would be an advantage

As well as the given requirements of being professional, confident, and energetic, you will be a team player and able to communicate proficiently. Whilst working as a part of the Global team, you should also be able to work independently on tasks assigned.

Knowledge of the Pharmaceutical Industry is not essential - You should be curious and be interested in information leading to insights. Seeking out and gathering information necessary to achieve objectives, using a variety of approaches and a range of sources.
