People Services (HR) / Compensation & Benefits Specialist

Your role

People Services unit provides support and guidance to the organization in all people related matters to foster the organization's capability to deliver business strategy and growth. In addition, People Services is responsible for optimizing and maintaining service portfolio and people analytics based on customer needs and managing different development projects.

We are now looking for a

People Services (HR) / Compensation & Benefits Specialist

to our Expert Services -team in Espoo, Finland. As a People Services Specialist, you will work as a generalist in the whole People/HR area supporting and guiding managers in their daily people issues such as recruitments, job grading and labor law. In addition to the generalist role, you will also act as a subject-matter expert in compensation and benefits related issues and support in global mobility processes and practice. In this role, you will be working closely with the experts in People Contact Center as well as Business People Partners in the divisions and colleagues in Group Compensation and Benefits.

As a member of the People Services team, you will play a key role in implementing local C&B processes and contributing to a true service organization.

Your qualifications

We expect you to have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field as well as at least 5 years of experience working as a generalist within the people/HR area and deep knowledge and strong experience in the C&B issues. You communicate fluently in Finnish and English, and you have good understanding of People/HR processes and tools. We are looking for a service-minded person with can do -attitude and the ability to work with several projects simultaneously and to adjust to changing situations.
