People & Culture Specialist

As a P&C Specialist, you will work broadly with all P&C activities; support the local managers and employees, with an extra focus on labor law, recruitment, work environment, support systems and administration. You will participate in various projects that are within the framework of P&C in local and global level. Further, you will help integrating global P&C activities to Finland, you will support, give advice and act as a first point of contact in P&C related issues.
We are looking for a systematic and structured person who is skilled in local labour law /collective agreements and is able to support managers and employees in all employment lifecycle related questions and who will actively contribute to the development of the P&C function. The P&C Specialist in Finland is a part of the AddSecure Corporate P&C team and reports to Chief People & Culture Officer. Being a part of the European P&C team, you will be a part of a team that support each other and steps in where needed. It is therefore important that you are unpretentious, cooperative, and goal-oriented in order for you to thrive with us and we with you.
It is an advantage if you have experience in working in a global matrix organization.
