For this role we believe you have several years of Human Resources experience, proven advanced training in Human Resources Management or equivalent. You have also worked with the Collective Agreement for commercial sector.
You speak and write fluent English and Finnish.
In the role as Service Office People & Culture Manager, you are responsible for efficient, effective and consistent execution of all People activities in the Service Office by acting as a business partner to senior leaders in the Service Office. You facilitate a working environment where the IKEA values and culture are a living reality.
• Work in close co-operation with recruitment delivery team to attract and recruit talents to IKEA Finland Service Office.
• Work closely with administration delivery team to secure smooth and on time process for administration tasks.
• Support managers in labor relation matters and secure that all areas in the unit work with the labor relations principles and uphold local policies, procedures and laws.
In this role you will report to the Country People & Culture Manager, who is part of the country management team. Please note, that this is a temporary position (maternity leave substitute) starting as soon as possible and continues until 31.8.2020.
