We are now looking for a People Analytics Analyst to join our People Insights -team. The position is located in the head office, the Biofore House in Helsinki, Finland.

What you will do
Manage and develop analytics projects and create people insights for business impact
Communicate recommendations to HR leadership
Apply statistical methods on key workforce outcomes such as hiring, retention, career, advancement, performance, and pay
Perform impact evaluation to improve effectiveness of HR programs
Create compelling data visualizations to bring your stories to life
Work with and support HR organization to be more data-driven by following and sharing trends in the people analytics field
Ensure that HR and managers have relevant dashboards, reports and insights.
Support group HR (Rewards, Strategic Development and Occupational Health and Safety) and Business HRs in reporting and analytics needs
Collaborate with UPM advanced analytics network and relevant data and analytics organizations
Who you are
You are graduating soon or already have a few years of relevant work experience
Background in economics, I/O psychology or social/behavioral sciences is an advantage
Your degree is from a solid academic institution
You have a passion in people and organization domains
You have hands-on experience in statistical analysis (e.g. multiple regression) and working with data
You show strong consultative, critical thinking, analytical, communication, and presentation skills. You have a great desire for learning
You have excellent proficiency in English language. Study or work experience from abroad is beneficial
Familiarity and willingness to learn R or Python is required
Knowledge of survey methods, causal inference, experimental methods, or predictive analysis is beneficial
