Are you a people topics expert, preferably with previous HR Manager experience? Right now, we are looking for a People Advisor for temporary maternity leave substitution until end of 2022. You will be working with employment topics in our team in Finland.
This could be your next opportunity if you are a wide generalist on people topics in Finland, especially on employment lifecycle area. You have experience and enjoy working with different kinds of negotiations, handling all operational activities. You are used to working in close cooperation with the business and shop stewards (employee representatives). You can think critically, raise your concerns, and offer solutions. You will be advising managers with challenging and complicated employment lifecycle topics. You will also be working with our performance management model and different yearly processes related to that area. Our work includes both local and global topics for different areas, depending on business needs.
If you decide to take this challenge, you would be part of one of the Business Advisory & Support teams, with responsibility of people topics in Finland and Baltics. The team consists of professionals within different HR areas, who are dedicated to exceeding expectations. I’m super proud of our team and I know that they will do everything to onboard you as our new team member. Our team is responsible for delivering consultative HR support both in ad hoc and planned projects. What we deliver is based on our annual HR processes and other business priority initiatives and requests. We believe in self-leadership for all our employees. Our primary location in Finland is in our brand new office space in Mall of Tripla in Helsinki, and some of your colleagues will also be working from our Rovaniemi office.
