Right now, we are looking for a Payment Area Manager Finland to be part of Telia Company’s Payment as a Service unit in Helsinki.

I am Malin Eliasson and I am leading Payment as a Service. We are a great bunch of people, and I am super proud of every member of our team. I’m the strong believer of optimism, good energy and open and honest dialogue. My main driver is the ability to make the difference for our customers and businesses and being able to help out the one in need. For me it is important to have a team with members being passionate with our goal; having the courage to speak up enabling us to get better and willingness to support each other. Payment as a Service is a new unit in Common Products and Services in Telia Company. We share the passion for optimizing the payment customer experience, future proof our payment solutions as well as exploiting opportunities for new business and better ways to pay.

Your next challenge?

We would love to see you to take the lead on our cooperation with Telia Finland to make sure we’ll have the best payment methods and payments customer experience in the customer channels and in carrier billing business. You’ll have an international team to support you on our joint mission. You should expect occasional travelling to meet the other members of the team.

As Payment Area Manager, you will play a central role in making it possible for Payment as a Service to meet its goals in Finland. You will continuously focus on ensuring a strong relationship with Telia Finland by adding value to local businesses and customers. You will work with local businesses and product development as well as local channels and customer value management as well as local finance, legal and risk management.

You are an outgoing, driven and skilled relationship manager. Your strengths are in utilizing business opportunities, cooperation building and communication and you always have the customer in focus.

Your Experience:

  • A commercial role preferably from both B2C and B2B segments, key account manager or similar
  • Experience on the payments area is an advantage
  • You preferably have insights on payments landscape trends and especially on the Finnish payments market
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Working proficiency and communication skills in verbal and written English
