We are looking for a skilled and passionate Platform Manager - Security to take ownership of our security solution concept, which serves as a critical backbone for teams across the entire company. Reporting to the Senior IT Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and securing our technology platforms. You will also be in close collaboration with our CISO.

What you will do  

• Take full ownership of the security platform’s backlog, ensuring it aligns with business needs and security requirements.​
•  Define and manage the security platform roadmap to ensure continuous improvement and alignment with strategic goals. Directing suppliers work to align with the roadmap.​
• Work closely with other teams to ensure the security solutions are seamlessly integrated and effectively utilized across the organization.​
• Lead the ongoing development of security solutions, ensuring they meet evolving business needs and industry standards.​
• Ensure all security platforms are designed and maintained with a robust focus on risk mitigation and compliance with regulations.​
• Participate in budget creation and follow-up including planning, follow-up, and control.
• Work closely with the supplier ecosystem and ensure that they are aligned with Paulig’s roadmap and security principles.​

What we expect from you

To succeed in thisrole, you need to be able to build and run scalable service delivery through an ecosystem of internal and external capabilities. You are accustomed to leading multi-vendor environments and to run business critical technology services. You enjoy working in an international and dynamic environment where you use your forward-looking mindset to future proof your area’s capabilities to fit Paulig’s ambitious growth targets. ​

• University degree with major in information system science, technology, or similar
•          Proven experience in managing and developing IT security solutions and services, with a deep understanding of security best practices, standards and understanding related requlations.​
• Experience in platform management, including backlog prioritization, roadmap development, and continuous delivery.​
• Exceptional ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate complex security concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.​
• Capable of aligning security initiatives with business strategy and driving change across a large organization.​
