Telia Company Division X Enterprise & Public IoT is a global/group unit in the Telia Company group producing and offering business-critical IoT solutions to the market. Within the Partner unit, where we primarily are addressing the Nordic & Baltic markets through the “best of bread” partners, we are now looking for a Partner Sales Manager for the Finish market.

Working as a Partner Sales Manager gives great experience of various business verticals and provides a deep knowledge in IOT, reaching from marketing and sales to products and deliveries over the entire Telia Company footprint.

Who are you?

You have a passion for business and an ability to get under the skin of your partners and together with them find out how we together best can support their business short, medium and long term. To be able to fit the job it is important to have broad and deep business skills, experience of building sustainable relationships and a good understanding of the benefits from various IoT solutions. You will work in close relationship with selective partners, our internal solution architects and other parts of the Telia organization building relevant business solutions embracing the entire IoT stack from sensors, & connectivity to cloud solutions & analytics. To be successful we believe the applicant needs to have a collaborative attitude, drive and a desire to make things happen.

Key tasks and responsibilities:

  • Establish and grow IoT partner sales in region
  • Drive the IoT partner sales operations in region according to plan, key targets, and budget.
  • Frequent and direct, face to face, interaction with IOT partners and their customers.
  • Supported by other Telia functions, design, present and sell compelling IoT business solutions that our targeted partners are seeking.
  • Support Partners (existing & new) in order for them to be successful with their customers including appropriate training.
  • Together with other Telia support functions ensure high levels of customer (partner) satisfaction.
  • Build and grow profitable and sustainable partner relationships
  • Co-operate with other parts of the Div X organization, especially Commercial Product Management teams & Technology teams, to successfully build the IOT business for Telia Company and together reach the business goals.
  • Co-operate with Telia Company’s local partner organisation to grow IoT sales.

Sought after skills and experiences:

  • Long term experience of sales with proven sales results
  • Business acumen.
  • Ability to establish and sustain external as well as internal relations
  • Proactive with own initiatives drive and develop areas of responsibility..
  • Experience of IoT
  • University degree/Master´s degree or equivalent education.
  • Fluent in Finish & English both written and spoken.
