Secapp Oy is looking for an experienced Partner Manager for its relatively young and growing Partnership-team to manage selected domestic and possibly international partnerships and to support business growth.

For example, Secapp helps hospitals, rescue services, security organizations, manufacturing facilities, volunteer organizations, municipalities, and other socially critical organizations alert individuals and groups, coordinate personnel and supplies, and save time and financial resources. As Partner Manager, you are responsible for managing, monitoring, ensuring partner satisfaction and sales development of selected partnerships, or in other words Secapp’s resellers, as well as supporting said partners through thick and thin. The goal of your role is to help partners increase sales of Secapp’s products and services and ensure that partners are able to meet the needs of their customers.
In addition to the above, your role includes e.g. sales training for partners and assuring operational quality as well as for example communicating market trends and customer needs from the partner to Secapp’s product team.
You will work closely with e.g. with Secapp's international and domestic sales team, in addition to which your success in your role is supported by the Customer Success team, marketing, product management and technical support.
The position requires some travelling in Finland but also possibly abroad.To succeed in this role, we expect the Partner Manager to:
- Have experience working with resellers (B2B)
- Have sales experience, especially in SaaS or software services
- Understand CRM software and be able to use Office and other tools for remote working
- Want to address the challenges and needs of end users as well
We appreciate you having evidence of successful customer work and increased sales. We value an outgoing and proactive attitude, in addition to which you should have good negotiation and discussion skills.
Due to Secapp’s fast internationalization, proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is crucial. You should also be able to produce presentation materials and documents in English.What is it like to work at Secapp?
