We are looking for Order Administrator for Pulp and Energy’s Supply and Category Management team in Tampere. Our team consists of category and procurement managers, buyers and delivery supervisors.
You will work as a member of our Supply Centre’s professionals’ team in Pulp and Energy business line. We handle operational-, strategic procurement and delivery supervision for Energy and Pulp and Paper projects (BFB, CFB), recovery boilers and also products for Environmental Systems.
Your key responsibilities are managing nominated suppliers, invoices, supporting operative buyers in solving invoice/P.O related issues in our ERP system. Overall management of local instructions and guidance.
As Order Administrator you will contribute to our projects’ performance by assuring the effective P.O management for our projects. In addition to your own team, you will have a lot of other important stakeholders from Pulp and Energy business line and from external supplier network. You will be the go-to and key person for our team and other stakeholders for P.O and Supply Management related issues.
To be successful in this position you should have good IT skills and experience in working with ERP systems and you find it easy to adapt new IT systems and tools. It is important that you are organized and have strong attention to details. You have ability to take initiative on your own and a hands-on attitude towards finding the solutions. You are fluent in English and Finnish both written and spoken. Good teamwork skills ensure that everyone succeeds.
