We are looking for

Operations Performance Improvement Manager

Operations Performance Improvement manager has the overall responsibility for continuous improvement at all 13 Kekkilä-BVB factories in Finland, Sweden, Estonia, Netherlands and Germany. The role is about to co-operate with key stakeholders at each location as well with our Business units and Finance organization. The role reports to Operations Director, North and the preferred location will be our head office in Vantaa.

Your primary focus will be to drive operational excellence tasks and projects and to make sure, that our operational efficiency continues to improve on yearly basis. You also drive and carry the responsibility of updating our sites long terms plans to reflect Kekkilä-BVB strategic objectives and respectively to align those into our manufacturing facilities. Key performance indicator follow-up, reporting and analyzing is a crucial part of role.
As Operations Performance Improvement manager you must be prepared to travel to all our sites.

Main skills and experience of our candidate

• Industrial background with experience from manufacturing is required and experience from horticultural business area is considered as an advantage.
• Experience in operation performance improvement and process development, e.g., Lean and 5S.
• Experience in project management and working within international organization and cross-cultural environment.
• Excellent analytical skills and good knowledge of financial reporting.
• We expect the candidate to have an academic background, e.g., M.Sc. in engineering or relevant.
• Excellent MS Office and IT system competences e.g., Excel, Power BI, ERP
• Fluency in English. Finnish is considered as an advantage.
• Ability to communicate complex topics in a clear and effective manner.
