An opportunity has arisen for an accomplished Operations Manager, to join us and work within our global, innovative service company. Essilor’s business environment is evolving fast and operations need to support the changes.
As our Finnish Operations Manager, you will handle full spectrum of all local operational activities including edging & mounting, distribution, supply chain management, new product launches, customer services, and ICT & quality. You are a member of the Finnish management team and act as a manager for operations & customer service teams around 20 FTEs. You will report to the Nordic Operations Director.
Your main duties will be to take over the responsibility of the performance of operations & customer service activities, meaning service rate, order entry process, stock inventory and replenishment, as well as call center front and back office activities.
You will be responsible for the distribution & operations costs of Essilor Finland and the time to market in the new products plan. You plan and coordinate the project portfolio in accordance with the different business & marketing stakeholders. An essential part of your role will be to define and implement local transformation projects in line with Nordics strategy on performance, productivity, efficiency and profitability. You will drive local initiatives that contribute to long-term operational excellence and bring value to our customers.
As a manager you will define, implement and follow KPIs & processes. You will develop the skills and expertise of your team to keep abreast of new technology and products.
