Who we are
Pontoon is the worldwide leader in workforce solutions, offering total talent acquisition and management services that bring greater value to our MSP and RPO clients. Pontoon is the 2012 marriage of two exceptional organizations, Adecco Solutions and Beeline MSP.  
This is a fixed-term contract position based on-site with a Global corporate technology client. You would be part of the recruitment team supporting external recruitment for Finland. Primary work location is Kirkkonummi.

Key Responsibilities will be to support the Senior Recruiter with recruitment activity, including the following: 
• Enabling candidate attraction via various sourcing channels including advertising, social media, referrals, direct sourcing, etc.

• Assisting with various steps in the recruitment process, such as:
     - Prepare job advert & posting of roles to careers site/external job boards
     - Pre-screen candidates to produce shortlist and, where required, long lists
     - Prepare candidates for interview
     - Initiate psychometric tests as required
     - Coordinate technical testing where required
     - Provide objective feedback to candidates after interview
• Achieve Excellent Customer Satisfaction results and exceed the Customer’s expectations

• Relationship Management: Use effective communication techniques to build strong relationships through regular face to face or   telephone reviews with: Client managers and stakeholders / External Candidates / Preferred Suppliers / Support Centre/ Pontoon management
• Manage the recruitment process:
     - Qualify vacancy with Hiring Managers, agree shortlist criteria, screening criteria
       and interview process
     - Prepare Job Advert copy & actual posting of roles to careers site/external job boards
     - Pre-screen candidates to produce shortlist and, where required, long lists
     - Prepare candidates for interview
     - Assisting the managers in highlighting strengths and weaknesses of short-listing
       and providing support to managers interviewing candidates
     - Initiate psychometric tests where required
     - Arrange technical tests where required
     - Provide objective feedback to candidates post interview
• Support/attend recruitment events (i.e Job Fairs, Grad events)

• Add value to the Recruitment Process by keeping up to date with the recruitment market, employment legislation and the clients industry

• Provide the best-in-class recruitment experience for all candidates from initial application to final conclusion

• Managing the client’s expectations in line with the points above and achieving high customer satisfaction

• Adhere to all documented processes and procedures: Operations manual & SLA, Technology processes and  Customer’s internal policies & procedures

• Any other reasonable requests of your manager

Essential Experience/Competencies: 
• Fluent Finnish and English
• Relevant experience gained either in recruitment or HR
• Able to work on own initiative
• Strong prioritization and organizational skills
• Flexible and open to trying new challenges

Desirable Qualifications and Experience: 
• Knowledge/understanding of the technology sector (i.e. terminology)
• Expertise in candidate sourcing, including internet and off-line database searches
• Networking skills / Social Networking knowledge
• Knowledge of Finnish labour law/regulations
• Fluency in other European languages (e.g. Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, German)
