Online Sales Business Developer

The role of Online Sales unit is to develop and maintain world-class web shop solutions and drive online sales for private customers in Finland. Our working days consist of brainstorming, implementation and testing of ideas, analysis of results and planning of the following iterations. We ensure the growth of online sales and strive to make the customer journey as smooth as possible in everything we do.

As an online sales business developer you will:

  • Take on proactive role in increasing online sales
  • Analyze sales funnels and define development actions together with stakeholders (Marketing, Product, etc)
  • Lead online sales related projects and partnerships
  • Run web shop conversion optimization and A/B testing in daily work
  • Lead and participate in Nordic projects

We are looking for a person with:

  • Relevant higher education (e.g. M.Sc.)
  • 1-3 years of relevant work experience
  • Project management skills
  • Knowledge of digital business and/or product development
  • Strong analytical mindset and sales driven approach
  • Proactivity, systematic working methods and good self-leadership
  • Excellent social skills and communication skills
  • Excellent Finnish and English language skills
  • High ambition to develop herself/himself in demanding tasks
