Join our dynamic and growing Powervision team in Espoo! We are seeking a result-oriented, highly motivated 

ONLINE MARKETING AND SALES MANAGER FOR EUROPE REGION
 

Our European head office and Your future work are in Keilaniemi, Espoo. 

Online Marketing and Sales Manager will plan and implement the marketing activities in the region and support the operation of the company’s Amazon shops and own official webshop in Europe to achieve online sales goals. You will work together with our company’s retailer partners and others.

Your responsibilities in this new Online Marketing and Sales Manager for Europe Region position will include:

  • Plan and implement the online marketing activities in the region to boost the brand awareness, social media presence and new market education, etc.
  • Plan and implement the campaigns to create PGC (professional generated contents) and UGC (user generated contents) towards targeted user groups and use cases.
  • Work with global digital marketing team and digital content creators to boost organic traffic to webshop.
  • Work within the organization to develop category specific content to support the education and engagement of our online consumers. 
  • Work with digital content creator to tune the UI & UX of webshop.
  • Support E-commerce manager to operate the company’s Amazon shop & own official webshop to achieve online sale goals.
  • Other tasks assigned by the company.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years' experience in online marketing or sales.
  • Good knowledge in branding, digital marketing, content marketing, social media, SEO, etc.
  • Experience in working with influencers or users to create PGC (professional generated contents) or UGC (user generated contents).
  • Hands on experience with Facebook ads or Google AdWords.
  • Good analytics skills to optimize online marketing and sales performance.
  • E-commerce experience on Amazon Europe stores or experience with Shopify platform is big plus.
  • Experience in new product GO-TO-MARKET process is a big plus.
  • Fast learning capability and result driven mentality.
  • Team player mentality; You want to set and reach ambitious goals with Your colleagues.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field of study.
  • Experienced in cross-culture working environment is a plus.
