You will be the go-to-person for the Finnish organization, making sure that our office space offers a functional, safe, and comfortable working environment for our people. We are a group of about 90 people at the Finnish office, and the number is steadily growing.
As Office Manager you will report to Group Support Lead located in Finland. You will manage the daily work of a small, local Office Services team that includes Receptionists and Office Coordinator. You will also collaborate cross-border especially with other Group Support roles, HR, and Finance.
No task is too small or too big for you when it comes to creating a professional and accommodating office and you see the benefit of looking for continuous improvement for the welfare of the office and your colleagues. You act as an ambassador of NREP values.

Ideally you already have some years of experience in Office Manager/Coordinator or Junior Office Manager job role and are ready to take on wider responsibility areas, including people leadership responsibilities. We expect you to be familiar with office/facility management and to have experience in project management and coordination. You are used to wrapping up your sleeves and handling versatile tasks, as well as maintaining a good overview over your responsibility areas. You can easily use and adopt new information systems.
We believe that to succeed in this role, you are a service-minded people-person, however ready to make decisions and challenge the status quo. When needed, you can take the lead firmly but diplomatically. You have an efficient and result-oriented way of handling cases and thrive in a dynamic environment.
