NAPA, in collaboration with Eilakaisla, is looking for an Office Assistant/Receptionist to meet & greet visitors and to help with various office tasks. Job is located in NAPA Helsinki office.  Office Assistant/Receptionist will be in direct employment relationship with NAPA.

Main responsibilities

  • receiving, signing in and guiding visitors
  • ensuring welcoming atmosphere in the reception area
  • key and visitor badge administration
  • receiving, sorting and distributing daily mail and assisting with courier deliveries
  • office and kitchen supplies' orders and stocking
  • managing meeting room bookings and setting up meeting rooms
  • assisting with event organizing and marketing
  • office maintenance and other administrative tasks

Requirements

  • good interpersonal and communication skills
  • basic IT-skills
  • fluent verbal and written Finnish and English
  • minimum upper secondary education
  • ability to work independently
