What we are looking for

We are currently seeking two (2) part-time student employees to join Bristol Myers Squibb (BMS) team in Finland. We expect you to work part-time 10-20 hours weekly in our easy access office at Ruoholahti, Helsinki. The employment is a project starting from mid-/end of August, and it runs until end of December 2022 with possibility to be prolonged.

Your role is to support Brand Team Coordinator and Country Coordinator with daily operations. Your responsibilities are both supporting in general office administrative tasks and organizing internal affiliate meetings. Also, the part of your role includes supporting to organize brand team meetings and conferences, coordinating marketing material flow, and creating and managing questionnaires and follow-ups.
