Norwegian-speaking Order Handling specialist

Our client is looking for Norwegian speaking Order Handling specialists to strengthen their team in Helsinki. The Terminal Order handling team handles all the payment terminal and e-commerce orders and order-related questions from several channels (email, web-shop, signom form) for the Nordic region. The contract is made untill 31st December 2018.

Your responsibilities include the following (but will not be limited to):

  • Customer Service via email and telephone (callbacks)
  • Contract handling in SAP (entering new orders & changing requests)
  • Payment terminal configuration
  • Continuous improvements to current processes
  • Internal training to other team members

You should have some experience working in customer service roles. You are expected to have adherence to laws and best practices in regards to dealing with customers and data. Understanding of merchant solutions products and services would be beneficial. You should have excellent knowledge of MS Office (particularly Excel). The required qualities of the candidate include also good communication skills in Swedish and English, both in written and in spoken language. The internal and external stakeholders are located around the Nordic countries. You are team oriented, well organized and have strong attention to detail. Familiarity with Lean is an advantage for this role.
