Introduction

AXA Partners - Credit & Lifestyle Protection is now looking for

NORWEGIAN SPEAKING CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSOCIATE

for fulltime 6 month long position in Helsinki, Finland. Extension of work contract is possible.

The insurance service centre in Helsinki assists clients from all Nordic countries and at the moment we are looking persons with fluency in Norwegian and English. Please note that fluency in these languages is compulsory!

Job description

As a Claims Associate your main responsibility is to interact with customers to provide advice and process claims and policy information and evaluate the admissibility of the claim. You will work as part of the customer service (claims) team and cooperate with partner companies, other functions in the company and external advisors to obtain required information for claims analysis.

Other Key Responsibilities:
- Operate within agreed service levels and deliver customer service excellence
- Answer calls to customer helpdesk in rotation with team and manage complaints
- Participate in and support process improvement and Quality initiatives
- Record claims activity in the IT System
- Preparation of internal and external Reports and presentations for claims and sales
- Provide support for other Operational areas as required

Qualifications

We are looking for persons with suitable educational background and also experience from preferably similar tasks in insurance/bank/automotive sector (car mechanic). You have a background from customer service tasks in e.g. contact centre environment and you enjoy working with clients.

The language skills mentioned in the beginning of the ad are compulsory. Candidate should also have good IT skills and willingness to work both independently and also in co-operation with other colleagues. Excellent communication and organization skills are also very important.
