As Nordic key user / Process Specialist, you will join a new team where you will play a key role on securing high quality processes and operations of our new solution. In your role you will have interesting opportunity to be part of shaping this new team and collaborate across different organization units and teams across Nordics.
In Customer Insight Solution delivery -team, we will be responsible of implementing and operating a brand new Customer Insight -solution, together with others who share a passion for great customer experience and insight. This solution will allow Nordea to understand in real-time what our customers feel about us and immediately react to the feedback we get. The solution will integrate with both digital and non-digital channels and contains high degree of analytical components (e.g. rule engines, dashboards, text analytics etc.).
Our team is part of Group Data Office where we have skilled people working with everything from big data and advanced analytics to data governance and information architecture. Banking is being disrupted by technology and customer behaviour, and one of many responses to that is to maximise the advantages we can harvest from our data asset by the use of advanced analytics. This requires a rich data ecosystem where Customer Insight is one important component.
What you’ll be doing:
Define and follow-up our process KPI’s to secure high quality operations
React, investigate and collaborate in case of issues and deviations
Communicate process status, provide support and training to our business stakeholders
Propose process improvements and participate to process development
Perform ad-hoc data analysis on need basis
The role is based in Helsinki, Finland or Copenhagen, Denmark. Welcome to our new team which is part of our journey of transforming the whole bank to be more customer centric. To make an impact in the role as Nordic Key User / Process Specialist, you have a strong solution oriented and analytical mindset and you enjoy helping others. Additionally you are fluent communicator and have experience of working with complex End-to-End solutions/processes.
Fluency in English
Bachelor or Master degree
1-2 years or working experience
Additional merits (not mandatory but may be considered as advantage): You have experience on working with integrated, technical end-to-end solutions (e.g. including components as Survey engines, SAS, QlikSense, CRM etc).
