Nordic Client Director, Affinity & Warranty Service Programs

Are you interested in a position in a dynamic and international setting? We are currently looking for a Client Director of Warranty and Service Programs to join one of our Nordics offices in Sweden, Finland, Norway or Denmark.
Warranty and Service Programs (WSP) is a product line within General Insurance, specialized in providing accidental damage insurance and extended warranty for a variety of Consumer goods, including but not limited to electronic devices and mobile phones, brown and white goods, sports goods and medical devices. We are involved with a number of supplementary insurance products including Bank NAC programs. The products are normally sold via affinity partners such as mobile operators, retailers and financial institutions.
About the role
The WSP Client Director is responsible for both managing existing partnerships, as well as growing new relations, leading to binding and onboarding of new opportunities The Client Director is responsible for managing the P/L on an account level and contributing to the P/L on a Nordic level. Responsibilities also include building a pipeline for the area, ensuring compliance with internal policies and local legislation as well as product development.
The Client Director is responsible for developing partnerships with organizations that have a large customer/prospect database and/or appropriate distribution networks that are suitable for offering and selling our insurance products. The Client Director is also responsible for implementation and managing the ongoing relationships with a business partners, ensuring proper reporting and profitability as well as customer satisfaction.
The performance of the Client Director will be mainly linked to performance of the insurance portfolio overall and of the partners managed in specific. The performance will also be linked to developed pipeline and number of closed deals.
The role will report to Nordic Head of Warranty and Service Programs, who is based in Sweden.
Skills & Experience
University education with, preferably, an insurance experience in affinity type business, creativity and proactivity necessary to be able to engineer the programs from scratch. Dynamic, motivated and able to create relationship with internal and external stakeholders creating a resilient business environment.
Ability to read and analyze P&L statements with an understanding of the key performance indicators and understanding on the drivers behind.
Experience from managing insurance portfolios and driving P/L
Excellent business English and one or more Nordic language
Strong execution skills and results oriented
Demonstrable track record of successful client management and client acquisition in the Nordic marketplace
Several years of relevant experience in affinity insurance in customer facing roles
Ability to drive a sales pipeline and deliver results
Existing relationships within the insurance community
Strong communication (oral and written) and influencing skills and proven ability to collaborate and work across multiple areas of the organization
