Nordic Business Intelligence Manager

We are now looking for a driven and analytical Business Intelligence Manager to join our team in Helsinki to drive and support our CRM systems. You will be the support for our CRM system in Finland, the prime sales support system for our sales organization. This includes daily maintenance, functionality improvements and future upgrades of current systems. You will work closely with the Customer Development (Sales) teams to understand their needs and challenges and be able to provide solutions. 

You will also be key part in driving a Nordic Business Intelligence Hub, with the main purpose to continuously step change sales and market performance understanding. You will be one of two key persons for driving this integrated platform and act as the business’ interface with internal and external business partners, for example with digital marketing. This means being one of two in the team designing and creating Nordic reports for sales and marketing KPIs, analyzing data to identify trends and patterns, and communicating findings and deliver recommendations to business stakeholders in all Nordic countries.



  • Main responsible for the Finnish CRM system and its content
  • Ongoing development and improving Sales of ways of working and usage of the CRM system.
  • Ongoing testing and training for new functionalities, updates and process changes in the CRM system.
  • Be responsible for creating new master data structures, validating data and report design principles.
  • Play a key role in designing and creating Nordic reports.
  • Provide training and guidance to users in how to effectively transform informational reports into action-oriented business intelligence.
  • Explore data and perform information analysis.
  • Communicate analytical findings and recommendations effectively to both senior business stakeholders and to sales and marketing teams in order to ensure consumer/operator/customer knowledge is shared, understood and acted upon within the Nordic Business.



  • Minimum of 2-3 years of Business analysis and/or IT work experience using Business Intelligence tools and various reporting systems.
  • University degree in Economics or Engineering preferably within Business/ Information Systems or other equivalent.
  • Knowledgeable (preferably experienced in) database management, data architectures, data integration and data mining.
  • Ability to analyze market and sales information to identify business trends and opportunities.
  • Project Management experience.
  • Fluency in English and Finnish both written and verbal.
