We are now looking for a driven and analytical Business Intelligence Manager to join our team in Helsinki to drive and support our CRM systems. You will be the support for our CRM system in Finland, the prime sales support system for our sales organization. This includes daily maintenance, functionality improvements and future upgrades of current systems. You will work closely with the Customer Development (Sales) teams to understand their needs and challenges and be able to provide solutions.
You will also be key part in driving a Nordic Business Intelligence Hub, with the main purpose to continuously step change sales and market performance understanding. You will be one of two key persons for driving this integrated platform and act as the business’ interface with internal and external business partners, for example with digital marketing. This means being one of two in the team designing and creating Nordic reports for sales and marketing KPIs, analyzing data to identify trends and patterns, and communicating findings and deliver recommendations to business stakeholders in all Nordic countries.
To thrive in this role, you have strong analytical skills, a can-do attitude and hunger for results. You should have an independent and a proactive way of working, previous experience working with projects and keen eye to data analytics. Since you will cooperate with different kind of stakeholders, you are able to liaise successfully with multiple stakeholders and have good communication and people skills.
