Throughout the world, the Nestlé Purina PetCare team offers products that deliver comprehensive nutrition to help ensure the long healthy lives of pets.
The team is now looking for a new Nordic Brand Manager. The position reports to Nordic Group Brand Manager. It can be filled, both from our Nordic head office in Copenhagen/Ørestad, Denmark, and from Espoo, Finland. As Nordic Brand Manager you will be part of our Nordic marketing team which consists of 11 members.

Are you ready for your future challenges?
You will be responsible for designated pet food brands sold and distributed in our trade channels in Sweden, Finland and Norway. Our brand portfolio consists of many leading brands such as Latz, Gourmet, Friskies, Purina One and Purina Pro Plan.
In details, but not limited to, we expect you to:
You will take full ownership of building brand equity to unlock the growth potential across the region for your brands. This also means that occasional traveling across the Nordic region is expected. As Nordic Brand Manager, you will be working with a variety of stakeholders internally as well as externally. You are expected to professionally manage your stakeholders to succeed in this position.
Your talent and drive
You easily navigate in a complex stakeholder landscape at all levels of the organization. Through your balanced leadership style you strike a fine balance between taking responsibility, be a natural authority, while at the same time ensuring to have stakeholders on board to drive the brand agenda.
Sound project management skills are part of your toolbox and you work in a structured and targeted way, where meeting and accepting deadlines is part of your DNA. You show change agility and the necessary sense-of-urgency to respond to market trends. You keep an open mind, generate and welcome innovative initiatives.
Your experiences and qualifications
We imagine that you already have brand management experience and you are ready for the next step in your career to become a Brand Manager on a Nordic level. You most likely have a minimum of 3 years experience from a brand manager position with a strong FMCG knowledge. This is probably backed up by a relevant education such as a Master in Marketing or Economics. It is a must that you have excellent communication and presentation skills and you are native in one of the Nordic languages and have a good command of English language. You have strong digital capabilities and knowledge of market and business analytics tools is a clear advantage.
