NIGHT-TIME BARCEPTION HOSTS
to work at our Hospitality client’s new location - UNITY Helsinki. UNITY offers their guests extended stay accommodation. This enables personnel to become truly acquainted with their guests and provide them with tailored and top-notch service.
In this role you will be providing first-class service to guests at the reception/ bar. You will be in charge of the guests’ pleasant, smooth and hassle-free stay at a brand-new UNITY location. Based in Jätkäsaari, the location has 105 loft apartments, co-working desks, rooftop bar, restaurant services, sauna, gym and facilities that makes life and work blend together in perfect harmony.

Your main responsibilities:
- Receive and guide guests and visitors in a professional and hospitable manner
- Handle reservations and payments amongst other versatile reception tasks
- Provide information to guests and visitors
- Serving beverages and light meals from Barception
- Strive to create a vibrant yet professional atmosphere
- Ensure cleanliness, functionality and safety
- Market, sell and provide hospitality services and products
To succeed in this role, you need:
- hospitality-minded personality or studies in relevant field
- excellent knowledge of customer service and great interpersonal skills
- to be team-oriented, organized, and able to multi-task
- to be able to perform under pressure
- to be fluent in English and/ or Finnish. Other languages are a bonus
- Hygiene permit and alcohol serving license (can be applied for prior to start of the job)

The position is permanent and full-time. The reception is open 24/7 and working hours are between 22 - 7 (90h / 3 weeks). Pay is negotiable and work would start in the beginning of August 2022.
