Right now, we are looking for a National Account Manager to join our sales team in food categories in Espoo, Finland. 

We offer

As a National Account Manager you are responsible for developing and executing customer strategies and business plans together with your named customer(s). The position represents a great opportunity to work in the exciting FMCG business with the benefits of well-known brands together with our customers in Finland. You are located at our Finnish Head Office in Espoo Keilaniemi. You will manage a small team, and report to our Head of Country Sales.

Your responsibilities and tasks

You act as an ambassador for Nestlé externally and display the high levels of leadership in all dealings with the customer. Your task is to add value to our customer’s business and achieve market share gains. You are responsible for the turnover in named categories as well as for the implementation and the optimization of the category strategies within your account(s). You work in close collaboration with the Category and Customer Marketing teams as well as with the Finance support functions. You ensure that all the demand inputs from the retailer(s) are captured and integrated in our own planning processes. Simultaneously, you will lead a small sales team.

 What do we expect from you?

To succeed in your role as a National Account Manager you should have:

- 5+ years’ experience from a similar role at management level

- Good analytical skills, good negotiation skills and an open and active, positive mindset

- Independent working style while also be part of a team

- Bachelor's / Master’s degree in relevant study field

- Ability to work both in Finnish and in English

- Preferably gained experience in people management

We see that the desired area of residence lies within the capital area of Helsinki or the surrounding area as the area of operation is mostly Southern Finland.
